get in touch

Email is the best way to reach me. Describe what you’ve got going on and I’ll get back to you within a day or two with an honest take on whether I can help and roughly what it might cost.

Not sure if your problem is worth sending through? Send it anyway. I don’t bite and I’m not going to hard sell you on something you don’t need.

for data recovery jobs

The more detail the better. Tell me:

  • What type of drive or device it is. Make, model, capacity if you know it
  • What happened. Dropped, clicking, not detected, accidentally deleted, RAID failure, ransomware, etc.
  • What’s on it and how urgently you need it
  • Whether you’re in SEQ and can drop it off, or you’d be mailing it in

Assessment fee is $20-50 depending on complexity. If we can recover your data, that gets rolled into the final quote.

for electronics repair

Tell me what the device is, what it’s doing (or not doing), and any history you know about. What happened before it failed, whether anyone else has looked at it, that kind of thing. Photos of the board are always helpful if you can get them.

for websites, displays or consulting

Just describe what you’re trying to achieve. Don’t stress about whether it fits neatly into a service category. If it’s technical, send it through and we’ll work it out from there.

for everything else

Same deal. Just send it.

I’m a one-person operation so response times are real, not corporate. You’ll hear from an actual human who has actually read your email. Usually within 24-48 hours on business days.
