Dash Labs is a one-person technical services operation out of Brisbane. That one person is me, Ross Fiamingo. 15 years of hands-on experience across mining, agriculture, research and robotics. What sets me apart is the ability to look past the immediate problem and find the underlying issue. Anyone can replace a part. Not everyone can tell you why it failed.
We work with businesses and individuals alike. I’ve spent 15 years in technical roles and I’ve never stopped being frustrated by people in trades and tech who make you feel like an idiot for not knowing what they know. That’s not how I work. I’ll make sure you understand what the problem is, what I’m doing about it, and why, in plain language.

- Designed and debugged PCBs for a microsleep detection headband at Wenco/Hitachi
- Deployed autonomous robots and demonstrated them to NASA representatives and federal ministers at CSIRO
- Repaired and maintained scientific instrumentation including LC-MS systems at UQ
